DOUBLE BOILING TECHNIQUE/METHOD

Usually we use this double boiling method when we want to melt a chocolate, butter and others. So, what we should do in order to carry out this method. The step required in order to perform this method was easy.
1. Fill the pot with enough quantity of water.
2. After that turn on stove and bring the water to boil.
3. After the water boiled reduce the heat.
4. Put the other pot that contain the chocolate that you want to melt.
5. Make sure the steam from the boiled water do not mixed with the chocolate that you melted.
